- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
- Gather and document business requirements to support technology-driven projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Create detailed project documentation, including process flows and functional specifications.
- Support testing and implementation phases to ensure successful project delivery.
- Act as a bridge between the Technology department and other business units.

- A successful Business Analyst should have:
- Proven experience in business analysis within the Property industry.
- Experience on having delivered on an end-to-end intranet refresh project.

- Strong understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
