Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr – $170,000.00/yr

A well-respected client in the industry is seeking a Lead Superintendent for ground-up commercial projects throughout Cape Cod.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site management of healthcare construction projects from groundbreaking to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site safety, and quality control.
• Ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations for quality and timeliness.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to resolve challenges.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.

Candidate Profile

• 5-7+ years of Superintendent experience managing projects start to finish.
• Bachelor\’s Degree in Construction Management or related preferred (or relevant experience).
• Valid MA-CSL license.
• Experience in healthcare, multifamily, academic, or commercial markets.
• Strong communication skills with subcontractors and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
