Description

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilise data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and optimise strategies.

Profile

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial / manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and employment legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Manufacturing and Production or Engineering industry experience.
  • Ability to work on site in Manchester full time.
