The L&D Manager will play a crucial role in designing and implementing learning and development strategies to support the growth of employees. This position, based in Medway and requires somebody with a strong Senior L&D Background. Client Details This is an exciting opportunity to join a medium-sized organisation within Medway. Description Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies for all levels of employees. Identify training needs through collaboration with department heads and managers. Design and deliver engaging training programmes, workshops, and e-learning modules. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make improvements as required. Manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented. Support succession planning by identifying and nurturing high-potential employees. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all training activities. Collaborate with external training providers where necessary to meet organisational needs.Profile A successful L&D Manager should have: Proven experience in a learning and development role within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
