The Finance Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of a not-for-profit organisation. As a Finance Officer, duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage day-to-day purchase ledger activities, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and payments are made on time.

  • Maintain accurate financial records across expenditure, utilities, property costs and other operational finance areas.

  • Liaise with suppliers, utility providers and internal departments to resolve queries and ensure accurate financial information.
  • Support the continuous improvement of finance processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls and efficient financial administration.
