This is a varied, generalist role where you will support managers, drive best practice, and help shape a positive employee experience across the organisation. The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding and talent processes
  • Acting as first point of contact for HR advice to managers and staff
  • Supporting ER cases including investigations, performance and absence
  • Preparing contracts, offer letters and maintaining accurate HR records
  • Contributing to L&D, induction, career mapping and engagement initiatives
  • Producing HR reports and supporting continuous improvement projects
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and employment legislation
  • Supporting organisational change and workforce planning activity

What We’re Looking For

  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
  • Solid HR/People Services experience in a generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, GDPR and HR best practice
  • Confident communicator with excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a varied workload and build strong working relationships
