This key account coordinator role is responsible for supporting key client accounts through effective coordination of service delivery, scheduling, reporting, and customer communication. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure services are delivered efficiently, accurately, and to a consistently high standard.

Description
- Coordinate all administrative activities relating to assigned key accounts.
- Maintain accurate client records, service documentation, and compliance files.
- Update customer portals with reports, KPIs, visit documentation, and service information.
- Prepare reports and supporting documentation for client reviews and meetings.
- Schedule routine, reactive, and project-based service visits.
- Manage client requests, access arrangements, and urgent service requirements.
- Monitor service delivery and follow up on outstanding actions.
- Provide timely updates and support to clients regarding ongoing works.
- Liaise with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support continuous improvement by sharing account feedback and service insights.
Profile
- Experience in account coordination, service administration, scheduling, or customer support.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with outstanding verbal and written skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM or service management systems.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Job Offer
Salary range: Β£27,000 - Β£30,000, dependent on the level of experience.
Permanent position based in Westerham.
