Description Oversee fund accounting and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Collaborate with internal teams to manage fund operations and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Review and approve financial statements, budgets, and reconciliations for assigned funds.

Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.

Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on fund performance and strategies, including deal making, addressing questions from investors, and capital calls.

Manage relationships with auditors, trustees, and other external stakeholders.

Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental objectives.

Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.

Profile Professional qualification from Big 4/Top 6 Practice – ACA.

Extensive knowledge of fund accounting and control principles and financial reporting standards.

Experience in the financial services industry, particularly within asset management – Transportation, Infrastructure Investment, Real Estate.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proven ability to manage teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in financial systems and tools relevant to fund management.

Able to work in a sole contribution capacity.
