As a Telesales Executive in Keighley, you'll play a key role in supporting the sales team, making outbound calls to existing clients and generating leads. Client Details A company based in Keighley operating within the industrial and manufacturing industry. Description Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products and services. Generate and qualify leads for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Provide detailed information about products and services to clients. Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for meeting targets. Update and manage the customer database to ensure accurate and current information. Achieve or exceed daily and weekly call and sales targets.Profile A successful Telesales Executive should have: Experience in telesales or a similar role within the industrial and manufacturing sector. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Confidence in making outbound calls and handling objections. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Basic computer skills for managing customer databases and records.Job Offer Hourly pay ranging from £15.00 to £19.00, dependent on the level of experience. Temporary contract offering hybrid working after training has been completed. Temp to perm opportunity. Free on-site parking and close to main public transport links. Immediate start date.
