We are seeking a Junior FP&A Analyst to join a growing team. This role involves supporting financial planning and analysis activities to drive informed decision‑making and business growth.

Description

  • Collaborate with regional finance teams to consolidate global financial data
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts
  • Support budgeting and long‑range planning processes across business units
  • Analyse variances between actuals, budget and forecasts, providing insights and commentary
  • Create and compile monthly results presentations for leadership review
  • Coordinating and tracking of KPIs across business units
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems
  • Support ad hoc analysis requests
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities

Profile

A successful Junior FP&A Analyst should have:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Finance and Accounting
  • Part‑Qualified Accountant desirable but not essential
  • CIMA, ACA, ACCA, AAT
  • Analytical with financial technical expertise
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Proactive with a drive to deliver solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and coordinate work with multiple departments and stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self‑managing and proactive
