We are seeking a Junior FP&A Analyst to join a growing team. This role involves supporting financial planning and analysis activities to drive informed decision‑making and business growth.

Description
- Collaborate with regional finance teams to consolidate global financial data
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts
- Support budgeting and long‑range planning processes across business units
- Analyse variances between actuals, budget and forecasts, providing insights and commentary
- Create and compile monthly results presentations for leadership review
- Coordinating and tracking of KPIs across business units
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems
- Support ad hoc analysis requests
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
Profile
A successful Junior FP&A Analyst should have:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Finance and Accounting
- Part‑Qualified Accountant desirable but not essential
- CIMA, ACA, ACCA, AAT
- Analytical with financial technical expertise
- Strong Excel skills
- Proactive with a drive to deliver solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate work with multiple departments and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail
- Self‑managing and proactive
