Due to growth / further expansion the business now needs another Designer to join the team. They work across a number of product areas, which, premium, streetwear, performance brands. Description Collaborating in the multi product design development of numerous men's premium, streetwear, performance brands simultaneously Create sketches, technical drawings, and detailed specifications to guide the production process Present design concepts and collections to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and refining designs where necessary. Design coherent, directional, relevant ranges in line with the research and any direction provided. Ensuring line-art/ tech packs are to the highest level of quality. Create clear, detailed functional and technical CAD's as appropriate Fully utilise pantones to ensure clear colour communication throughout the business. Create and maintain Branding / Packaging line-art / Packs / PLM Work on new fabrics, trims, techniques and fits in line with the brands requirements. Fully utilise trend prediction agencies such as WGSN. Stay up-to-date with competitor activity and industry trends Profile * Proven experience in men's clothing design, ideally block & graphic design * A strong portfolio showcasing your menswear design work * Excellent knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and technical design. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and other design software. * Ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness, designing garments that are both stylish and on brand * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work different stakeholders Job Offer Competitive Salary Close to transport links Discount on Product Travel potential with role Junior Designer – Menswear Junior Designer – Menswear Junior Designer – Menswear
