Joiner (Multi Trade Operative) East Midlands Social Housing Responsive repairs and Maintenance Client Details Working for a large provider of social housing in the Midlands Description You will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and repairs in social housing Works will be based in the East Midlands (Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Northamptonshire) You must be a competent carpenter/joiner however must also be able to complete basic repairs in other trades such as; plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting/decorating etc You must provide a high level of customer service working in tenanted properties Profile Ideally you will have relevant qualifications in carpentry & joinery e.g NVQs or City & Guilds Previous experience working on similar social housing repairs and maintenance contracts A valid UK driving license Asbestos awareness, Working at heights and Manual handling qualifications would be beneficial Job Offer Long term temporary contract Potential to become permanent 40 hours per week Competitive hourly rate Van provided if required
