Client Details You will be working for a large Government Organisation based in North West London Description I'm currently recruiting for a Job Evaluation Professional with HAY System expertise to work on a 12 month project. The HAY system is a widely used job evaluation and grading system It is designed to measure the relative value of jobs within an organisation and provide a structured framework for compensation and organisational design. Key duties will be: Scoring and Grading Bench-marking Applications Compensation and Benefits Organisational Structure Talent Management Fairness and Equity Profile The successful Job Evaluation Professional with HAY System expertise will possess the following: Previous Hay Methodology/Job Evaluation experience HAY Qualification Excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills – both written and verbalJob Offer This is a 12 month interim role Location: On-site 3 days a week (this is non-negotiable).
