We are looking for an Interim Senior Finance Business Partner to join a thriving organisation in the life sciences sector. This temporary role, based in Birmingham, requires expertise in accounting and finance to provide strategic financial guidance and support.

Description
- Support the Commercial Finance Business Partners with financial reporting and analysis.
- Ownership of the month-end close processes, including, but not limited to, journal posting, balance sheet reconciliations, commercial reporting and ledger closes.
- Ownership of the end to end finance processes, including but not limited to customer rebate generation, customer and commercial query resolution, new customer on-boarding, reporting, quoting and invoice management.
- Collate and prepare applicable tax returns and filings ready for the UK&I Financial Controller to review and approve.
- Quarterly UK VAT returns
- Corporation Tax computations and returns
Profile
A successful Interim Senior Finance Business Partner should have:
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools.
- Excellent reporting and commercial skills as well as use of excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
