Description
- Processing high volumes of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
- Managing supplier queries and assisting with invoice reconciliations
- Supporting payment runs and maintaining supplier records
- Raising sales invoices and allocating incoming payments
- Assisting with credit control activities where required
- Reconciling bank accounts and finance transactions
- Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting month-end processes
- Providing general administrative support to the finance team
Profile
The successful Interim Senior Finance Assistant should have:
- Strong knowledge of accountancy principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience in VAT returns and financial reporting within the Media & Agency industry.
Job Offer
The successful Interim Senior Finance Assistant will receive:
- Hourly rate between Β£18.00 and Β£22.00, dependent on the level of experience.
