This is an exciting opportunity for an Interim Project Manager (Trade Compliance) to support international markets and trade processes to support expansion.

Description: The global trade team enables growth by ensuring our clients' products move seamlessly and compliantly across borders around the world. Based in London, the Interim Project Manager will support the global trade key focus areas of compliance, operations and optimisation whilst supporting internal partners.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Project initiation and planning (set the project up for success)
- Conduct fit gap, cost benefit, and options analysis.
- Build business cases to support executive decision making.
- Clarify project scope and objectives, document project charters and execution plans, defining scope, timelines, milestones, resourcing, stakeholders, risks and costs.
- Project delivery (support our clients' teams and internal partners)
- Facilitate cross-functional project delivery and accountability.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions.
- Maintain stakeholder alignment and engagement.
- Project governance and reporting (manage the project responsibly)
- Track and report progress against milestones, KPIs, and metrics.
- Escalate and manage changes to scope, timeline, resourcing, or budget.
