About Our Client:
The client is a Public Sector organisation based in Birmingham.
Job Description:
- Lead and deliver functional and organisational design reviews, working closely with Executive Directors and senior leaders.
- Act as an internal consultant, providing expert advice and challenge on how work is structured and delivered to improve organisational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Contract with senior stakeholders to agree expectations, scope, and deliverables.
- Diagnose organisational design issues and develop practical, high-impact solutions.
- Design and shape operating models, structures, and processes aligned with business needs.
- Use data and insight to inform decision-making and guide leaders through the design process.
- Ensure a co-designed approach, balancing pace and engagement to maintain ownership and momentum.
- Work closely with the Head of OD to ensure alignment with broader organisational priorities.
The Successful Applicant:
- A proven track record in organisational design, having successfully led multiple high-profile reviews and projects.
- Experience working with senior leaders in the public sector, translating Org Design theory into practical outcomes.
