Description
An Interim Learning Specialist (LMS) to:
- Support with the implementation of a new Learning Management System
- Work closely with the wider project team
- Support on UAT and developing testing scripts
- Lead on review of existing learning content and develop new learning content
- Develop learning data and data cleansing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and priorities.
- Design and implement effective learning programmes tailored to organisational objectives.
- Develop new learning pathways
- Lead on communication
Profile
A successful Interim Learning Specialist (LMS) should have:
- Experience in designing and delivering learning programmes within a professional setting.
- Experience in leading or supporting an LMS implementation including UAT and testing
- Previous experience in developing learning content and data cleansing
- Previous global experience essential
- Open to sector background
