This Interim HRBP role is a three-month fixed-term contract in the care industry, focused on supporting HR functions and providing strategic guidance to the business.
You'll work closely with stakeholders to support a full generalist remit and a TUPE out project.
Client Details
This role is to support a national Care organisation and can be based remotely.
Description
Offer strategic HR advice and guidance to stakeholders within the organisation.
Support on the transfer of TUPE out.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR policies.
Provide support on employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinaries and performance management.
Analyse HR data to inform decision-making and strategy development.
Partner with managers to identify and address training and development needs.
Drive organisational change initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership.
Profile
A successful Interim HRBP should have
A strong background in HR - ideally senior HR Advsior/HRBP Proven experience in employee relations and TUPE out (ideally).
Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyse and interpret HR data to inform decisions.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges.
Job Offer
£45-55K FTC Three-month fixed-term contract within the property industry.
