The Interim HR Consultant will be employed on a short-term basis to support the Finance Director in setting the HR foundations, writing HR policies, procedures, processes, and ensuring compliance in line with the Employment Rights Bill.

Description:
- Evaluate what the business currently has in place and identify what is required in line with the business need.
- Review and implement HR processes and procedures.
- Write HR and ER policies in line with the Employment Rights Bill.
- Ensure HR compliance.
- Support with initiating a law firm to provide legal/HR support as and when required for the business.
Profile: A successful Interim HR Consultant should have:
- Experience setting up HR functions from scratch.
- Experience writing HR/ER policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of HR compliance in line with legislation.
- Knowledge of the Employment Rights Bill requirements.
Job Offer: Day rate £(Apply online only) per day - Inside of IR35 - PAYE. Short-term assignment. Locally based or can travel to Middlesborough at least 2 days per week.
