An Education organisation is looking for an Interim HR Change Lead to join for 3 months initially to support a variety of change programmes. The role is based in London with hybrid working.
An Interim HR Change Lead will:
- Support an organisation through a period of change: trade union consultations, redundancies, restructure, redeployment and consultations
- Utilise ER and employment law knowledge to identify legal or ER implications and mitigate risk
- Provide support to stakeholders during a period of change with clear communication
- Develop and implement structural proposals
- Deliver consultation processes
- Support new ways of working
- Develop FAQs where necessary
An Interim HR Change Lead should have:
