Description
As Interim HR BP, you will be responsible for leading day to day people operations, whilst also supporting and driving key projects and initiatives.
Partner with the business to deliver effective people solutions
Lead, coach and develop the team
Provide guidance, support and coaching to line managers
Own all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring effective HR service delivery from the team
Manage key projects as and when requiredProfile
The successful applicant will be;
CIPD qualified
Operated at Business Partner level
Strong employment law knowledge
Able to start within 1-2 weeks
Ideal experience within fast paced and complex environmentsJob Offer
On offer for the successful candidate is;
£55,000+
6 month contract initially
