Michael Page is seeking an Interim HR Consultant to work on a short-term assignment supporting the Finance Director in establishing HR foundations for a small business in Middlesborough. Responsibilities include evaluating current HR practices, writing policies, and ensuring compliance with the Employment Rights Bill.
The successful candidate will possess experience in setting up HR functions and will need to be locally based or willing to travel to Middlesborough at least twice a week. The role offers a day rate of £300-400, inside IR35, and paid via PAYE.
