We're supporting a North West-based organisation delivering essential care services as they look to appoint an Interim Head of Human Resources to provide leadership during a key period of transformation. This is a pivotal role with immediate impact with the potential to transition into a permanent appointment for the right individual.
The organisation is a respected entity within the not-for-profit sector, committed to delivering meaningful and impactful services to the community. As a small-sized organisation, it values a collaborative and efficient approach to achieving its goals.
Operating as part of the senior leadership team, you will:
- Take ownership of the HR function and people agenda during a critical period
- Lead the delivery of workforce strategy and organisational change initiatives
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, reward and workforce planning
- Support senior stakeholders and the Board with strategic HR insight
- Drive engagement, performance and cultural improvement initiatives
- Ensure the HR function is operating effectively across a multi-site environment
We're looking for a highly experienced Interim Head of Human Resources who can step in and add value quickly:
- Track record operating at Interim Head of Human Resources level (ideally in an interim capacity)
- Strong experience leading change, transformation, or workforce modernisation
- Comfortable in complex, stakeholder-rich environments
- Able to quickly build credibility with Executive and operational leaders
- Immediately available or on a short notice period
- Not For Profit, Charity, Social Care, Healthcare industry experience is desirable if not essential.
