We are seeking an Interim Head of Finance to oversee our accounting and finance department, providing strategic financial and operational guidance within the Housing sector. The contract length will be 3 months with a view for a permanent position at the end of the contract.

Description

• Managing a small team of 3 within the finance team
• Developing and implementing strategic financial plans
• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting & finance department
• Preparing and presenting financial reports to the board
• Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
• Engaging with stakeholders on current and future financial plans
• Implementing cost-reducing strategies
• Assessing financial risks and opportunities
• Contributing to the overall company strategy across all departments

Profile

A successful Interim Head of Finance should have:

• CCAB qualified
• A strong background in the property industry
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Excellent strategic planning abilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
