We are seeking a Group Head of Finance for a maternity cover at a small and growing organisation based in Medway.
The role reports to the MD and will lead the UK and European finance functions, ensuring robust controls, compliance and insightful monthly reporting.
The successful candidate will manage statutory accounts, tax compliance, cash flow forecasting and FX, oversee payroll and stock, and mentor a small team.
This is a fixed-term contract starting mid-October, 5 days on-site in Mid Kent.
