Seeking an Interim Finance Director for a Charity in Oxford. The successful candidate will oversee the financial operations of the organisation, SORP requirements, ensuring financial efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all financial operations within the organisation
- Adhere to SORP requirements
- Lead a small finance team
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Monitor and manage budgets and financial forecasts
- Prepare and present financial reports and statements
- Liaise with external auditors and manage audit processes
- Lead and inspire a small finance team
Minimum 3 days per week in Oxford Office. Able to commute and be in the office 3 days per week in Oxford Office (no parking, 15 minute walk from Station or use Park and Ride).
A successful interim Finance Director should have:
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience in a senior financial role within the not for profit sector
- SORP Knowledge
- UK Right To Work
- Excellent financial analysis and forecasting skills
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
