A Customer Services Admin – 4 month FTC is required for a financial services firm based in Bromley. The role requires a team member with strong customer service skills and a keen attention to detail. Client Details This is a large financial services company seeking an experienced individual to join their busy customer services team on a 4 month FTC basis! Description To answer and manage a large volume and variety of telephone enquiries To respond to customer correspondence by letter and email To liaise with our Customers, Financial Advisers and third parties, to process and administer instructions and enquiries. To work as a team to ensure that service standards are metProfile A successful Customer Services Administrator should have: A strong customer service orientation. Immediately available and able to commit to a 4 month FTC Excellent communication skills. Good administrative skills and attention to detail. Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the financial services industry.
