As Brand Activation Manager you will be responsible for executing brand initiatives that drive consumer engagement and increase brand visibility. This role focuses on planning and delivering brand activation campaigns, both online and offline, ensuring alignment with marketing strategy and brand guidelines.

Description:
- Plan, develop, and execute brand activation campaigns to enhance consumer engagement and awareness.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, trade, and agencies) to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Manage experiential marketing initiatives, events, promotions, and in-store activations.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and consumer feedback to optimize activities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all activation touchpoints.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and third-party vendors as needed.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior stakeholders on activation progress and results.
Profile:
- Prior experience within a brand activation / trade activation role.
- Experience within a fast paced environment - beauty background is ideal.
- Must have prior experience of brand activation in FMCG.
- Demonstrable experience owning and leading several marketing initiatives, including event coordination, retailer activations and trade marketing.
Job Offer:
- Immediate start.

- £265 a day PAYE.
