As an Independent Living Advisor, you'll support the day-to-day management of properties, ensuring residents live independently and comfortably. Based in Central London, this temporary role is key to helping the organisation maintain high standards of service within the Housing sector.

Description

• Provide advice and support to residents, enabling them to live independently.
• Manage and maintain properties to ensure they meet required standards.
• Respond promptly to residents' queries and concerns, offering practical solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver consistent and effective service.
• Carry out property checks and report any maintenance issues.
• Keep accurate records of interactions and updates for reporting purposes.
• Provide guidance on accessing local services and resources.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

Profile

A successful Independent Living Advisor should have:

• Experience in property management or a similar role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of independent living and support needs.
• Basic DBS
• Drivers Licence - Preferably with a vehicle
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to challenges.

Job Offer

• £16 - £20 per hour, dependent on the level of experience.
• £17 per hour as a standard rate of pay.
• Three days per week in the office for a balanced work schedule.
• Temporary position offering flexibility and practical experience.
