We are recruiting a Key Account Manager to take ownership of our precast flooring business. This is a strategic role focused on national key customers rather than regional coverage. You will play a crucial part in driving growth and promoting a refreshed product offering.

A long-established UK manufacturer with a strong heritage in building materials, known for its consistent quality and dependable service to the construction sector. The business continues to invest in innovation and capacity, supporting national house builders, contractors, and groundworkers with reliable, high-performance solutions.

A successful Key Account Manager will:

  • Manage and grow national key accounts across house-building, groundworks, and specialist contractors
  • Promote a full range of concrete floor beams, beam & block systems, and insulated flooring solutions
  • Support customers with technical expertise and product selection
  • Drive volume growth through the rollout of the new product investment
  • Build strong internal connections across operations, production, and technical teams
  • Help shape sales strategy within a compact, agile commercial unit

A successful Key Account Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in concrete flooring, precast, structural products, or construction materials
  • Ideally background selling into house builders, groundworkers, or major contractors
  • Strong account management capability, ideally at KAM, NAM, BDM, or regional sales level
  • Technical understanding of floor beams, beam & block flooring, and installation processes
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage large customers, and influence stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating nationally (no location restrictions)
