Michael Page is seeking a Performance Coach to work with operations teams, driving behavioural change and coaching capability to uplift performance and customer conversations.

You will deliver tailored coaching, analyse performance data, and support new starters through early development while collaborating with Operations, HR and L&D to improve colleague and customer outcomes.

This hybrid role is based near Grantham with on-site days as required.
