Description Human Capital FPnA Analyst – FS Business Intelligence Docklands Canary Wharf Banking & Financial Services Providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making within the Human Capital department. Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Developing and maintaining financial models to predict future business performance. Working closely with the HR team to understand workforce planning assumptions. Analysing financial data to identify trends and potential risks. Presenting financial findings to senior management in a clear and concise manner. Continually improving financial processes and systems within the Human Capital department.
