As Process Safety Engineer, you will be responsible for driving and enhancing process safety standards across a key manufacturing site based in Kingston Upon Hull.

Description

  • Providing specialist technical support across process safety within site operations and capital projects
  • Leading and facilitating process hazard analyses, including HAZOP, LOPA, and Process Risk Assessments
  • Supporting and governing Management of Change (MoC) processes to ensure effective risk mitigation
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to embed best-in-class process safety tools and methodologies
  • Driving improvements in process safety performance, risk reduction, and asset reliability
  • Leading or supporting incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Ensuring delivery of risk assessments and associated actions in line with agreed timelines
  • Developing and implementing performance metrics, reporting frameworks, and governance structures to strengthen safety performance
