Description
- Lead and deliver the overall financial strategy aligned to organisational priorities
- Act as the principal financial advisor to the CEO, Board, and senior leadership team
- Oversee all financial operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory bodies and standards
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Produce high-quality management information and statutory accounts
- Provide insight and challenge to support decision-making across the organisation
- Develop and lead a high-performing finance team
- Monitor financial performance and drive continuous improvement across services
Profile
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role
- Strong track record of strategic financial planning and delivering organisational change
- Excellent knowledge of governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
- Strong leadership capability with experience developing teams
- Confident working with senior stakeholders at Board level
