Description
You’ll own senior client relationships and strategy, mentor a small team and drive commercial growth across a varied portfolio. You’ll report to the Strategy Director and work closely with the senior team to deliver client success.
- Lead senior client relationships and quarterly planning.
- Shape multi-channel marketing and media strategy across the funnel.
- Oversee delivery quality, timelines and reporting standards.
- Own SOWs, pricing and forecasting across your portfolio.
- Lead and contribute to pitches, thought‑leadership and case studies.
- Coach and develop the team on planning & measurement.
- Partner with senior leaders to keep accounts healthy and clients happy.
Profile
Who you are
- Account Director or above in an agency environment, predominantly digital. Experience with offline channels is a plus.
- Lead & plan integrated campaigns.
- Understand how BVOD/AV, OOH/DOOH & audio fit into the plan, and how to scope them alongside digital media.
- Create a clear measurement plan using GA4, brand‑lift studies, incrementality tests and, where appropriate, MMM/econometrics.
- Commercially aware. Confident with pricing conversations, scopes and forecasting.
- A clear communicator who brings energy, initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- A natural coach who raises the bar for the team.
Job Offer
- Hybrid from Huddersfield HQ; typically 1-2 days per week in the office (flex based on experience and client needs).
- Occasional travel for client meetings and industry events.
