Description
- Support the HR Team with a HRIS upgrade and functionality improvements
- Lead the communication around the global HRIS transformation project to ensure that the project is communicated in a clear and concise way to gain buy in and engagement from the organisation
- Support the HR System team to drive new systems and processes to create innovation
- Educate the organisation on why the HR system improvements are beneficial to them
- Ensure the HRIS functionality improvement project is successfully delivered and bought in to via the wider business
- Partner with global stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered in clear and engaging communications
- Ensure the project adheres to timelines and milestones and utilise your project management experience
- Manage the HRIS transformation project to ensure it's integrated effectively to the organisation
- Identify and mitigate risks
- Use HR metrics and HR processes to enhance employee engagement
- Ensure the HR technology change is implemented smoothly with strong stakeholder engagement

- Previous HRIS change experience
- Previous experience of communicating change across an organisation in a clear, concise and impactful way
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience
- Previous understanding of HR system upgrades and functionality improvements as well as managing multiple projects at one time
