This HR Projects Manager is an interim role for around 6 months to help the HR Manager deliver HR systems focussed projects. You will act as the HR lead during the implementation and roll-out stages. This role is based in Goole with a small amount of travel and the opportunity for some hybrid working.
Our client is an SME FMCG business operating in the UK and overseas.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of systems focussed initiatives whilst the HR team continue to deliver BAU HR activities.
- Act as the HR lead for ongoing interlinked systems implementations.
- Ensure that delivery is on time and meets the needs of the business.
- Provide HR specialist input ensuring that the systems are effective and HR compliant.
- Provide other ad hoc HR support as required.
Qualifications / Profile
- An experienced HR generalist with good exposure to systems implementations.
- Excellent HR process knowledge and experience and the ability to translate this into an efficient and viable system that is fit for purpose.
- Available for the full six month contract and able to work on site in Goole most days.
- Available to start a new role by the beginning of October at the latest.
