This HR Projects Manager is an interim role for c6 months to help the HR Manager deliver HR systems focussed projects. You will act as the HR lead during the implementation and roll-out stages. This role is based in Goole with a small amount of travel and the opportunity for some hybrid working.

Description

This HR Projects Manager role is intended to:

Take ownership of systems focussed initiatives whilst the HR team continue to deliver BAU HR activities.
Act as the HR lead for ongoing interlinked systems implementations.
Ensure that delivery is on time and meets the needs of the business.
Provide HR specialist input ensuring that the systems are effective and HR compliant.
Provide other adhoc HR support as required.Profile

The HR Projects Manager needs to be:

An experienced HR generalist with good exposure to systems implementations.
Have excellent HR process knowledge and experience and be able to translate this into an efficient and viable system that\’s fit for purpose.
Available for the full six month contract and be able to work on site in Goole most days.
Available to start a new role by the beginning of October at the latest.Job Offer
