The organisation is a highly successful UK wide business - The role will suit applicants based in the Midlands but prepared to do UK wide travel as business needs require. This role can offer a hybrid working model - Circa 1-2 days per week visiting sites around the UK.
Description
- Working as part of a national HR team, the role of HR Policy Partner is a pivotal role to develop and implement inclusive and compliant People Policies to this successful, unionised FMCG business.
- This will include but not limited to:
- Develop, implement, and review HR policies to align with organisational goals and changes to legislation
- Ensure compliance with changes to employment law
- Collaborate with stakeholders to promote best practices in employee relations.
- Monitor and analyse employee relations trends to inform decision-making.
- Manage complex and evolving HR policy related projects
- Partner with senior stakeholders to implement and embed policy changes
- Supporting consultation and engagement with Trade Unions on policy change
Profile
A successful applicant for this role will have a proven background at developing and implementing new HR policies. Ideally you will have a proven background in the FMCG sector, preferable within a large, complex organisation. Essentially you will have worked in Unionised environments. You will be comfortable with UK wide travel to suit business needs, circa 1-2 days per week onsite.
Job Offer
Competitive salary up to circa £55,000. Car Allowance of circa £6,000. Permanent position with excellent opportunities for growth within the organisation.
