As a HR Officer you will be in a stand alone role reporting into the Managing Director for a Manufacturing company based in Huddersfield. This role focuses on managing employee relations, HR processes, policies and procedures, compliance of employment laws, Recruitment and day to day HR operations.

Description
- Partner with the Directors
- Manage employee relations casework D&G, sickness, performance management
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources requirements.
- Support the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Manage and process HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment and amendments.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support and advise managers on HR policies and procedures.

A successful HR Officer should have:
