PageGroup are delighted to be supporting a leading logistics business based in Kettering with the appointment of a HR Manager to join a fast-paced and busy site. Due to the nature of this sector, the role is fully office-based.
The role of HR Manager is a busy, fast-paced and generalist role, supporting a wide range of operational stakeholders and overseeing a small HR function. Duties will include but not limited to:
- Provide high quality HR advice and support to a wide range of operational stakeholders
- Take responsibility for high volume employee relations casework including complex scenarios in a unionised environment
- Assist with the training and development of Managers
- Advise and guide stakeholders on HR policies and procedures
- Support with recruitment
- Annual pay reviews
- Take responsibility for any HR projects and initiatives
- Contribute towards process improvements
- Lead engagement activities on-site
