PageGroup are delighted to be supporting a leading logistics business based in Kettering with the appointment of a HR Manager to join a fast-paced and busy site. Due to the nature of this sector, the role is fully office-based.

The role of HR Manager is a busy, fast-paced and generalist role, supporting a wide range of operational stakeholders and overseeing a small HR function. Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Provide high quality HR advice and support to a wide range of operational stakeholders
  • Take responsibility for high volume employee relations casework including complex scenarios in a unionised environment
  • Assist with the training and development of Managers
  • Advise and guide stakeholders on HR policies and procedures
  • Support with recruitment
  • Annual pay reviews
  • Take responsibility for any HR projects and initiatives
  • Contribute towards process improvements
  • Lead engagement activities on-site

Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar role within a similar sector.
