A HR Compliance Administrator is needed for a fulfilling role in a well established organisation based in Brighton. This position calls for a meticulous individual with a keen interest in Human Resources.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures
- Assist in maintaining HR records in compliance with statutory requirements
- Support HR related audits and inspections
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies
- Provide advice and guidance on policy related queries
- Collaborate with other teams within the Human Resources department
- Support the HR team in delivering training sessions
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Profile:
- An academic background in Human Resources or a related field
- Knowledge of HR compliance and regulations
