Client Details: I'm supporting a confidential organisation located just outside Leicester as they embark on a significant organisational transformation programme and are looking to appoint an experienced HR Change & Organisation Design Partner.

- Leading organisation design and restructuring activity
- Managing workforce mapping, assimilation and selection processes
- Delivering consultation and employee engagement activities
- Advising on redundancy, redeployment and organisational change
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to implement new structures
- Supporting transformation initiatives and process automation
Profile: You will be an experienced HR change professional with a proven track record of delivering organisational redesign and restructuring programmes. You'll be confident working with senior stakeholders, leading consultation activity and navigating complex change with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach. Experience of workforce mapping, organisational change and employment law relating to restructures is essential.
