A HR Business Partner to:

Work collaboratively with the HR Director in transforming the HR function and establish a more strategic business partnering model
Support with the implementation of a new HR and Payroll System
Drive organisation change
Be a strong partner to your client group during a time of growth
Coach and advise the wider business on HR best practice and solutions
Lead on employee relation casework in collaboration with the wider team
Use data to provide recommendations and inform decisions
Operational and Strategic activities
