PageGroup are excited to partner with this highly successful and rapidly growing organisation for the appointment of a HR Business Partner to partner with the Leadership team and support with their people strategy and scale up.

This role can offer hybrid working of circa 2 days in the office, 3 days home per week (Business needs dependent)

Description

The role of HR Business Partner will work as part of a wider HR team, partnering with a wide range of stakeholders and leadership to support on an exciting scale-up journey in this rapidly growing Engineering/construction business in Birmingham

This will include but not limited to:

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
  • Analyse people data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
  • Create recruitment plans to meet resourcing needs, balancing the need to recruit externally with supporting internal mobility, career development and diversity & inclusion goals
  • Drive the talent & succession reviews within the business
  • Support line managers to build team capability through effective L&D interventions
  • Drive principles of performance management across the business, ensuring robust improvement plans
  • Deliver the annual salary and bonus review process

Profile

A successful HR Business Partner for this role should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar HR Business Partner role
  • Exposure to a similar industrial sector such as manufacturing, engineering, construction, logistics etc
  • Graduate or CIPD Level 5

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary up to 60,000
