This strategic HR Business Partner role will partner with senior leaders to deliver workforce planning, organisational change and people strategies across a complex, unionised environment. The successful candidate will lead on consultations, manage complex employee relations matters and provide expert HR advice to support a medical workforce while driving organisational objectives.
Are you an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner with a background supporting a medical workforce and/or working within the NHS? We are recruiting for an exciting part-time opportunity to join a progressive organisation and partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic people solutions.
- Salary: 58,266 FTE (29,133 pro rata)
- Contract: Permanent, 0.5 FTE
- Hours: Approximately 18.5 hours per week (based on a 37-hour full-time week)
- Flexibility: Hours can be worked flexibly, with consideration given to candidates seeking to work 3 days per week
- Location: Wolverhampton (2-3 days per week onsite)
