The HR Associate role is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for people and processes to contribute to a really fabulous Not for Profit Organisation based in South Manchester. The successful candidate will be integral in supporting HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
As the HR Associate, you will report to the HR Manager/ Business Partner and take responsibility for providing HR advice to the Senior Leadership Team. You will take part in and lead on HR projects; ensuring all systems and databases are maintained and kept up to date at all times; undertake site visits and audits to ensure all HR records are compliant with the legislation as well as supporting the delivery of HR services, including recruitment, onboarding and employee relations; assist with performance management processes; contribute to staff training and development initiatives; manage employee records in compliance with GDPR; support in HR policy development and documentation and contribute to the promotion of a positive company culture.
The successful HR Associate should have:
- An academic background in Human Resources or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Understanding of GDPR and other relevant HR regulations
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Available to start at short notice
