We're working with a growing business in Sheffield that is looking for a hands-on HR Associate to support their people agenda.\\n\\nClient Details\\n\\nThis is a great opportunity to develop your HR skills in a fast-paced environment, with plenty of scope to make an impact.\\n\\nDescription\\n\\nAs HR Associate, you'll be involved in a mix of operational and advisory HR tasks, supporting employees and managers across the business. Your responsibilities will include:\\n ✅ Supporting employee relations cases, including disciplinaries and grievances\\n ✅ Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes\\n ✅ Managing HR administration, contracts, and policy updates\\n ✅ Supporting training and development initiatives\\n ✅ Ensuring HR data is kept up to date and producing HR reports\\n ✅ Being the first point of contact for HR queries\\n\\nProfile\\n\\nHR Associate – What We're Looking For:\\n\\n✔️ Previous HR experience, ideally at HR Assistant or HR Coordinator level\\n ✔️ Strong knowledge of HR processes and policies\\n ✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\\n ✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities\\n ✔️ CIPD Level 3 or working towards it (desirable)\\n\\nJob Offer\\n\\nHR Associate – What's in It for You?\\n\\n🌟 Salary of £28,000 – £30,000, depending on experience\\n 🏡 1 day WFH per week\\n 📈 Opportunity to develop and progress in a growing business\\n 🤝 Supportive team and great company culture, based in Sheffield
