Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and administration of the organisation's learning and development programme.
- Maintain and monitor training plans, ensuring learning activities are delivered effectively and on schedule.
- Produce HR reports, dashboards and management information using Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Analyse, reconcile and validate HR data to support informed business decision-making.
- Provide administrative support for employee relations cases, maintaining accurate and confidential documentation.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, surveys and wellbeing activities.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.
- Build effective working relationships with stakeholders across the business and external providers.
- Support employee lifecycle activities and provide general HR administrative assistance as required.
- Handle sensitive employee information with discretion and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality.
Profile
- Hold a degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Have at least three years' experience within banking, financial services, or another regulated environment.
- Possess advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, data analysis, and reporting.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Have experience handling sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
- Be highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Display exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Be able to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a wider HR team.
- Demonstrate a proactive and flexible approach to supporting a broad range of HR activities.
Job Offer
- Daily rate between 150 and 165, dependent on the level of experience.
- Temporary contract for six months with possible for extension.
