Seeking a dedicated HR Advisor for our Hull site in the industrial/manufacturing industry who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong understanding of human resources practices. Stand alone covering 2 sites based in Hull reporting into the HR Director. Client Details A well-established, large organisation in the industrial/manufacturing sector. Priding themselves on offering innovative solutions and have a reputation for quality and excellence. Description Oversee and manage a range of HR initiatives and programmes Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures Collaborate closely with department managers to understand and execute the organisations HR needs Conduct performance and wage reviews Develop and maintain HR procedures and policies to ensure compliance with legislation Manage recruitment processes from start to finish Contribute to the development of a positive company cultureProfile A successful HR Advisor should have: A degree in Human Resources or a related field A solid understanding of HR practices and employment legislation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time management skills An ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously A proactive approach to problem-solvingJob Offer A competitive salary in the range of £32-40k + car allowance 4 days per week site based/1 day WFH Based on Hull site covering an additional site in East Yorkshire A vibrant and supportive workplace culture Join our team in Wakefield and contribute to our continued success in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
